• We have added whey protein isolate to boost the overall level of the protein.

• Whey is isolated from milk and is believed to be an excellent source of protein that is easily digested and provides an excellent combination of amino acids, including high levels of three branched amino acids (BCAA's) L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Amino acids are essential components for building and repairing muscle in the body.

• The protein formulations of the Lamberts provide more protein per serving than any other formulation of the same class. It is pleasant to taste and used very easily. Also, do not contain aspartame.

Dosage: Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (30gr.) in 250ml of cold water or skim milk (for best results you can click on the mixer). We recommend 1-4 servings of 30g. per day depending on the needs of your organization in protein. Can be used any time of day to enhance the overall protein intake. If you choose to mix it with skim milk automatically add 8g. extra protein and 85 calories.
